    I absolutely loved them!!! I have a wide head so it is hard finding glasses that fit correct and comfortable, these were going to be my (daily drivers) but on the third day my puppy got ahold of them in the truck..😅 fortunately I had orderd 3 other pair of glasses at the time!

    Order tracking

    For all orders placed before 12pm EST, our goal is to get them packaged up and out the door the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will go out the following business day. Please keep in mind that our warehouse is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also track it by logging into your account and head to 'Order History' to view your order details.

    Everlast Guarantee

    We’ve got you covered with Neven’s exclusive Everlast Guarantee. If your frames have been lost, stolen, or broken, you can submit a claim for a new pair of the exact same style/color as your original purchase. If that color is no longer available, you can choose a pair of the same style in a different color. If that style is no longer available then you can choose any pair of equal or lesser value. (Limit to two time usage per pair)

    *Customers are responsible for a one time processing fee of $12.50 per pair for domestic orders and $25 per pair for international order replacements.
    **Original orders must include a NVN order number, Amazon order number or proof of purchase from one of our authorized retail partners. The Everlast Guarantee does not cover purchases from EBay, Mercari, Poshmark or other third parties who are not authorized retailers.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    • One Return or Exchange: You can return OR exchange only once per order within 30 days of the purchase date. Everlast claims and exchange orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
    • Return: To return items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer for a refund, you must send back all 3 pairs together. *Prorated returns cannot be processed.
    • ExchangeIf you only want to exchange for different pairs, you do not need to send all 3. Simply submit a request for the ones you wish to exchange and select the new pairs that we will ship out upon receipt of your package to the warehouse.
    • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition. If there are signs of use, a $10 fee may be deducted from your refund.
    • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including the cloth pouch, box, and included hard case (Cosmic & 23 styles only).
    • Shipping: Once you receive the return label, make sure to mail the items within 10 days. Late returns will not be accepted. *International customers are responsible for return postage due to customs limitations
    • Non-Returnable Items: Mystery Box pairs, cleaning kits, sticker packs, stickers, eyewear straps, and hard cases cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We understand that finding the perfect fit for your eyewear is important to you. That's why each style on our website comes with a size guide on its product page, which provides you with measurements to help determine the best fit for your face; or view all of our Fit Guides by frame.

    In addition to the size guide, we also have size options (small, medium, large) available as a filter on our collection page, making it even easier for you to find the perfect fit for your face. Simply use the filter to show only the styles that fit your face size.
